Coonara Community House
Coonara Community House offers a large number of qualifications in Community Services, Children’s Services, Leisure & Health and Disability up to Diploma level. Subsidised computer classes run each term. Coonara offers workshops on gardening, cooking and getting ‘back to basics’. Short courses provide pathways to employment and build learner confidence.
Mountain District Learning Centre
We offer Basic Education for Adults and skills improvement classes as well as ESL classes, mix and match from VCAL, VET and VCE to tailor your individual program. MDLC also hosts wide variety of craft and discussion groups, personal enrichment courses and Home and Community Care Activity groups.
Orana Neighbourhood House
Orana is a place where people can come together to offer each other friendship, encouragement and support. Orana offers a range of programs including adult education classes, hobby & leisure courses, exercise classes, social and self-development groups for people living in our community. Our program offers opportunities for enjoyment, learning and to develop new interests and skills.
The Basin Community House
The Basin Community House Inc is situated at the foot of The Dandenong Ranges in a picturesque semi-rural setting, adjacent to The Basin Primary School. The community of The Basin has a very distinct local identity, with a strong community focus. The Basin Community House Inc is a not for profit organisation that is committed to providing quality, relevant and accountable services to the community.
Rowville Neighbourhood Learning Centre
The Neighbourhood Learning Centre runs a variety of programs and is dedicated to the provision of high quality, financially accessible services and educational programs in a welcoming and respectful environment, which encourages participation, sharing, growth & learning. We also offer a wide range of Programs and activities for children.
Knox Learning Alliance
A federation style partnership of the five Neighbourhood Houses in the Knox LGA aimed at delivering a comprehensive suite of entry level training programs that provide pathways to employment and / or further accredited training.
