Shakti Migrant & Refugee Women’s Support Group is a non-profit community organisation providing culturally competent support services for women and families of Asian, African and Middle Eastern communities in Melbourne. Shakti Melbourne provides advocacy, social outreach work, support for safe refuge/housing, interpretation, awareness-raising on domestic violence affecting immigrant families and women’s support group.
