Community Houses Association of the Outer-eastern Suburbs (CHAOS)

Be the Ripple is a project of the CHAOS and works with the five Houses in the City of Knox to support community members with a life limiting illness who wish to be cared for to die at home, and the people supporting them. The three components of the project include; community education, support for carers, home support from volunteers.
