Coonara Community House
Coonara Community House is a friendly and inclusive space where everyone is welcome to connect, learn and grow. Located in Upper Ferntree Gully, we offer a wide range of programs and services designed to inspire personal confidence, empower individuals, encourage community participation and provide learning opportunities that are relevant and accessible to all.
Mountain District Learning Centre
MDLC is a registered training organisation (RTO 3969), learn local centre and neighbourhood house offering education, training and a variety of activities in a supportive community setting. We commit to ensuring everyone at MDLC feels safe, empowered, supported and respected, especially our young people. We celebrate diversity of race, culture, ability, gender, sexuality and gender identity.
Orana Neighbourhood House
We continue to strive to support and meet our community needs by offering quality low cost adult education and programs to improve well-being, creativity and social connection. Through recent funding from Family Learning Partnerships, we hope to re-establish links with local families, and reduce barriers for learning, for our CALD community and all who attend our space.
The Basin Community House
The Basin Community House is committed to providing affordable quality adult education programs which increase skills, employment opportunities and pathways to further study. In a supportive and inclusive environment we offer a diverse range of volunteering, community development and social programs to encourage residents to participate in active community life.
Community Learning Centre
The Community Learning Centre runs a variety of programs and is dedicated to the provision of high quality, financially accessible services and educational programs in a welcoming and respectful environment, which encourages participation, sharing, growth & learning. We also offer a range of programs and activities for children.
Knox Learning Alliance
A federation style partnership of the five Neighbourhood Houses in the Knox LGA aimed at delivering a comprehensive suite of entry level training programs that provide pathways to employment and / or further accredited training.
